Intuitions pierce the
brittle night sky like an
empty moon ruled useless.
No matter what-
Find the girl's never healed wound-
secrets sleep all the same.
She shuts off her wit-
words withdrawn, dreams denied-
altered truths in the abyss
will not hold.
No matter what-
A knife will spill infinite
Suspicions- inadequate
forgiveness until a touch
revives the memory like a
boomerang. She walks
dead-like, unspeakables
rise and never ignores her
consciousness. Her shadow
breathes like stars never born.
so, is this by Delmore Schwartz... or is that and Eraser part of the title?

The original poem is by Schwartz. (which isn't posted) An eraser poem is a poem using some of the words of an original poem in the exact same order to make a new poem out of it. It is a new style of writing that is rather "in" right now. I always give credit to original poem though. The eraser poem (the one posted) is mine.
